At the dinner table each person takes a turn to talk about how their day or week went. Listen to what is being said and learn about how that person is feeling and what the person may need from you as support. No yelling. I decided to do Phil the Pill Round Tables after the children sang the song," Talk it out" from the children's book, Phil the Pill and Friends Making Positive Choices.
